Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen: Dreamy Vienna Woods retreat

Our Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen offers full comfort in a small space. It is a mobile, partially self-sufficient caravan made of wood with a garden and terrace. Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system. There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Schneeweißchen stands together with Rosenrot on a 600m² garden.

Please note that a tourism tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna. The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.

The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
