Accessible via a private staircase, there is a room with a kitchen, a large living room (dining table, corner sofa, and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet on one level. There are many cozy spots in the large, fully fenced-in garden. The pool can be used from June to October (heated by solar panels) 5 minutes to the bus to Vienna, 10 minutes to the train station
