Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment lights and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the property there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Egen ingång med uteplats och möjlighet att grilla och avslappa . 5 min med bil till Gärsnäs där finns buss,tåg,Ica,kiosk, restaurang/pizzeria och konditori. 15 min till tosselilla (sommarland för barn). 10 min till Gyllebo där det finns badsjö i ett vackert naturreservat. 8 km till stranden

Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
