Beautiful new build home on a very quiet estate. Well stocked kitchen. Easy to walk into town.

Fabulous place with all the amenities for us and 3 kids. If anything the photos don’t do justice to how enjoyable and convenient the place is with sheep in field opposite, 30 seconds to great pub and five mins walk to the moors. John was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to explore this part of Devon.

We loved are stay at no3, lovely quiet location and so peaceful, very friendly layback atmosphere in the village and being able to walk straight onto the moor, a real bonus, found parking spaces easily near the cottage. The, Taw River Inn, in Sticklepath and, The Tor, in the village were great for food. Ledford Gorge is definitely worth a visit, just magical.

Annabel’s little cottage was absolutely perfect for our one night stay. Clean, easy to find, and so so cute. Not to mention there is a great pub just across the road!
