Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and Romanesque church between the Wald- and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain can be divided. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

A quiet place with a great view. Large garage available. The host's instructions are shocking. Return the key to the box or you will be fined, sort the waste or you will be fined. Before you arrive, the host will have placed you in the appropriate guest category. It's the same as if the receptionist at the hotel said at check-in that we assume you will steal towels and expect a penalty. Filling in the form is also annoying, as it is usually data that the host has available from Airbnb.

A very nice accommodation in a former monastery. My accommodation was, except for the few steps at the entrance (which were not tragic) at ground level. Since I rode the Danube bike path, it was very important to me to have my bike safe and not have to leave it on the street. This was super solved, because behind the entrance door, once to the right around the corner, there was already a bicycle stand to lock the bikes. A small plus would be sockets for charging ebikes on the bike stand, but the batteries are also quickly removed and can be charged in the room.

We had a wonderful stay! Nina was an incredibly kind and helpful host, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. The place is located in a beautiful natural setting, perfect for relaxing — my partner and I truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The breakfast wa delicious. Overall, the place was very cozy and pleasant — we really loved it and would gladly come back.
