We stayed at Villa Groth for a week in March. We enjoyed both the location and the apartment with amenities and ambience very much. In any case recommended!

Very nice apartment. If I were to improve something it would be the shower cabin. The bathroom was very nice and big but the shower cabin was very tight.

We had a lovely holiday. The apartment is very clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Freezer, small oven, toaster, etc. In addition, the apartment has a beautiful balcony with plenty of space, where you can enjoy the sun, with a view of the garden. Everything is straightforward, Olaf and his wife are very friendly. We highly recommend the apartment!!!

There was a flaw. I was promised an early check-in at 12:00, but it was 13:00. This flaw is negligible. The operator is not responsible for the bad weather during the stay. The accommodation is world-class and unfortunately the price is justified. Expensive but worth every penny.

Great accommodation in the middle of Old Sassnitz and with wonderful sea views. From here you can get to the beach promenade and the harbor super fast. It is also a great starting point for hikes on the Baltic Sea shore or in the old beech forest towards chalk cliffs and Königsstuhl. The apartment itself (quiet, large, warm) as well as its equipment (kitchen, TV, radio, great shower) is also great. Everything you need for a vacation together. Highly recommended!

In this beautiful accommodation you can spend a few relaxing days in beautiful surroundings. The apartment offers plenty of space and is very cozily furnished. It is also very well equipped, you have everything you need, even to cook on site. Heike and her husband are very friendly and helpful, you feel very well taken care of right away. In the area you can do great bike tours through the forest, it is 3 minutes on foot to the water, you can cross to Poland by ferry and the restaurants in the village supply delicious fish, if you do not feel like cooking. There is also a small supermarket on site. If you want a break from the city or generally like to be in nature, you can spend a very nice, quiet time here.

Great apartment, and impressive views. The sunset was a special highlight every night. Everything you need is there. Even a washing machine. There are many ways to eat in the vicinity. The beach is about 20 minutes away, but the path runs well. The apartment was clean and we felt comfortable. Thank you

We liked the stay in Ines' apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a little "grandma" flair, which creates a good atmosphere. A great large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, good beds and nice seating in the courtyard, which we could not use due to the rain. The bicycles were dry and safely housed in the carport.

We felt right at home. The apartment was very clean, tasteful and cozy. We lacked nothing. We spontaneously extended one night. We will definitely be coming back.

The apartment is centrally located - from here there are bike rides to the entire island. The beach is right outside the front door. It is well furnished and meets all the conditions for a stress-free stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. The apartment is unique with the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea! The amenities corresponded to the description, in addition, the apartment was very clean! We will be back :)

Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfectly located. Located in a new settlement with playground, pool in the basement, fitness room and private parking in the garage. You can walk to the beach and the center in about 10 minutes. Everything was perfect and we liked it very much. A plus is the air conditioning and the elevator to the apartment. We would definitely come back.

Renata's accommodation was simply breathtaking. There were four of us and we felt completely comfortable. An absolute highlight was of course the 360-degree roof terrace and the whirlpool. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Renata was very straightforward and fast. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to come back.

Great apartment, host and beautiful view from the place. The host was very clear with checkin instructions and very responsive. The apartment was very well kept, clean and exceeded our expectations with a wonderful view of the city. The amenities were also a huge plus, private underground parking as well as an indoor pool on the bottom level. Overall was an excellent stay!

We had an all-around perfect stay! The place was super equipped – there was really nothing missing. Everything was modern, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The newly opened kiosk in the lower part of the building was ideal for a few snacks, a quick dinner or even for the fresh, daily rolls in the morning. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings, and thanks to the great communication from start to finish, we felt well taken care of at all times. The hosts Danuta & Jens are super friendly and also provided us with current and personal excursion tips as well as great restaurant recommendations. We would come back anytime – highly recommended!
