This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by ancient trees in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and was carefully renovated. We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

100 m2 apartment is located in the front house of the old farm Usedom, 2 bedrooms, both bedrooms with double bed; 1 living room, open kitchen to the living room; spacious bathroom with shower, underfloor heating. The apartment is part of our house, but has a separate entrance and its own small garden. You have your peace and quiet with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who only want to be on the beach all day, but it is a great starting point for tours of the entire island.
