Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Stolpe auf Usedom

I was there in winter. Great apartment to relax and be in nature. The furniture and items take you back to the past and you feel like you can lead a simpler life (positively meant!). The tenant is a friendly and beautiful person. You can talk to her easily and informally.

The accommodation could not have been better in terms of location, amenities, cleanliness and interior design. There is so much love in every little detail that you fall in love with the little car and feel at home - or even better - thanks to the floor heating. The beautiful natural stone floor, the huge garden, the sunny veranda, the comfortable sofa, the two 180 beds, the TV in the golden picture frame as well as the artfully designed bathroom of cups, plates and other ceramic parts will be remembered as well as the beautiful soap dish or the converted forks and spoons (as hooks). I love upcycling (new creation from old things) and the ornate overall arrangement in the small wagon in Stubbenfelde was a definite highlight. In addition, there is the exposed and quiet location between Kölpinsee, Achterwasser and walking distance sea with the fish hunter snack bar, where you can take a small break with drink, ice and the best fish rolls directly on the beach. Conclusion: It couldn't be better. We would be happy to come back if we find a gap in the occupancy calendar. Absolute recommendation for all who seek peace and nature. We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

We were 9 people and had two nights in Alexandra's beautiful house. Everything we needed was available. We were particularly pleased with the modern equipped kitchen, the possibility to visit the sauna. In the evening, we sat by the open campfire and talked. Was nice and romantic. Alexandra as a host was great: she responded quickly to our questions, gave advice on what to see and experience in the region, what shopping opportunities there are in the area. We were very satisfied with the stay at Alexandra's house and would also recommend it.

I was traveling with my daughter, she was preparing for the interview for the University of Greifswald. The space was perfect for that. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walked a lot. Dirk had heated the house and we could enjoy the first evening. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, totally relaxed and very beautiful.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

A really great accommodation for groups of up to 10 people. The facility left nothing to be desired. Ideal for groups who want to explore the surrounding area by bike! Stralsund, Greifswald and Rügen are ideal day trip destinations. The contact with our landlord was very pleasant. We will definitely recommend this address and will be happy to come back!!

We were very happy with the place. This was nicely furnished, well equipped and very clean. The kitchen left nothing to be desired. There were also a lot of games and toys for children. Tomasz was very hospitable and responded quickly. The property is very quiet. You need a car to explore the surrounding area.

We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything you could ever need in terms of amenities. The location is really great: quiet and located in the middle of the forest. The apartment above us was also inhabited, but you really don't get anything about it. The highlight was the private sauna. But it takes about half an hour to heat up, but then it will also keep warm for half an hour after the time has elapsed! We can 100% recommend the apartment and will be back for sure!

Very nice apartment. If I were to improve something it would be the shower cabin. The bathroom was very nice and big but the shower cabin was very tight.

Very well-maintained and particularly clean accommodation! Easy communication with Tomasz! 20 minutes' walk to the beach!

Eva's apartment is very clean and friendly, the electrical appliances in the kitchen are high quality, the dishes and cutlery are sufficient. The furnishings of the accommodation are fine and you can also sit in the garden as well as in the beach chair, which is not far from the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Conny and her husband welcomed us warmly and offered us a nice apartment that was perfectly furnished and corresponded to the photos. A car is advantageous in the somewhat separate location, but of course we were aware of that. .... We can fully recommend the apartment and location for relaxing days on Usedom and thank Conny for the beautiful time...

We were guests in Michaela's wonderful apartment for 2 weeks. The apartment fully met our expectations. Everything was lovingly arranged and prepared. Nothing was missing, everything was as described. A highlight was the tiled stoves. For us, it was an oasis of peace and quiet. The personal contact with Michaela was very friendly, open and helpful. Andrea is a relaxed and friendly hostess! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on it or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautiful, quiet, private-feeling corner house. Everything is present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Many singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

Beautiful, brightly furnished apartment, very suitable for a family with 2 children. The location is great if you have some peace and not want to stay right on the promenade. Everything important can be reached on foot.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

A great, relaxing stay, the apartment perfectly and tastefully furnished, Michael always quickly reachable. The apartment is super centrally located to the train station, city center, supermarket. The only slight limitation for us was the mattress, a bit too soft for us, but the bed linen was light and cuddly, especially in summer. Overall a top address, highly recommended!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.
