In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stettiner Haff, am Kleinen Haff, der wild-romantischen Südküste der Insel Usedoms, finden Sie vier mit Reet gedeckte Ferienhäuser auf einem etwa 3000 m² großen Grundstück im beschaulichen Örtchen Neverow.

Wilhelmshof ist ein Ortsteil der Stadt Usedom, gelegen am Stettiner Haff. Genießen sie die ruhige Lage in der Natur verbunden mit den Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt Usedom in ca 2 km Entfernung. Die Stadt bietet Supermärkte, Apotheke, Tankstelle ein Traktorenmuseum und vieles mehr. Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der oberen Etage und ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Die Terasse ist überdacht, verfügt über einen Grill und Sitzecke. Parkplätze für 2 Autos befinden sich im Grundstück.

Das 45 m² große Ferienhaus ist mit einem Doppelbett, Flat-TV, einer Küchenzeile inklusive Herd und einem Badezimmer ausgestattet. Zum Haus gehört eine Terrasse im Hof. Es ist Teil des Stadthaus Usedom, das auf eine lange Geschichte zurückblickt. Das Gebäude wurde liebevoll restauriert. Es hat zwei Etagen, in der unteren befindet sich die Küche und ein kleiner Wohnbereich. In der oberen Etage ist das Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher und das Bad mit einer Badewanne.
