Incredible location and space to enjoy ATL from. Would definitely consider coming back to this place in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect as advertised —close to great restaurants, shops, and all the action in Atlanta, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The home was comfortable. Each floor has it's own bedroom and bathroom which was perfect for privacy. Marceau was super responsive and thoughtful, with great local recommendations. Would 100% stay here again but next time for longer! —i would highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay at Kat’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What made it even better was how welcoming Kat was not just to me, but to my dog as well! It can be tough to travel with pets, but the host made us feel completely at home. There were thoughtful touches throughout the place, and it was clear she genuinely cared about our comfort. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a furry friend or without. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much.

Sarah's place was perfect and one of the most relaxing, peaceful stays we've ever stayed at an AirBnB. Her place truly felt right at home for my family. We each had a favorite spot to sit/relax and while it was cozy, it was large enough for the 4 of us to have our own space. The furnishings were great, sofas and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really liked the Nescafe coffee machine, too. The hosts thought of everything and I also liked the work counter in the basement, along with the spaceship light. Check-in and check-out was also super-easy. While other places have a long list of check-out requests, she only had 2, one of which was to lock the doors behind you. Great location, too, close to Emory and Publix and coffee shops were a 3-4 min drive away. While my son just graduated, our daughter still has some years left and so we'll definitely try and rent this place again. Thanks for the great stay!

Absolutely beautiful home and worth every penny you spend on it!! The house was clean and everything was in great shape! Gated community with nice walking areas. All of us truly enjoyed the night stay there. If we are ever in Atlanta again we will be looking for this home again and again.

Guys & Gals, I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s. This one is TOP 3 of all of them. The place is amazing. Everything is top quality. The bed? Talk about sleeping on a cloud! Anytime I come to Atlanta I will be booking this place if it’s available period end of story. Greta experience. Great Host. Great Home. Don’t even think twice about it!!!

Wonderful location, gorgeous space, super cozy and secure. Loved being able to park in the garage and just walk right in to the condo. The space itself is large and accommodating for several guests. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is so convenient. Everything is beautifully done and beds are extremely comfy. Kitchen had everything you can think of or need. Just an excellently done Airbnb with all the thoughtful touches that make it an outstanding property. Will definitely be coming back!
