There are nice baths, exercise trails, electric light trails, outdoor gym, bike and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with space for 2-4 p and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and cereal are included. During the May-September high season, only bookings for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Nice apartment with its own entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with nice views of the valley down towards Sävedalen. Private guest wifi is included as well as a TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen shopping street with various shops and several restaurants. At about the same time, you can reach the bus stop for further travel towards Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about 150-300 SEK

Casa Oliva - the nicest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefall house of 30 m2 called Casa Oliva, is a very homely little house built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those who travel alone, or those who visit Gothenburg on a couple's weekend or longer holiday, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Living room with big sofa and TV. Large dining area with adjacent kitchen. Free parking is available outside the entrance. Walking distance to Mölndals Galleria and public transport into central Gothenburg. A few kilometers to, among other places, Liseberg and Universeum.

Light one room apartment located in Lunden 10 min from the central by bus/tram. The apartment is located in the nice area Lunden with shops and cafés. The bus stop "Nobelplatsen" or "Redbergsplatsen" will quickly take you anywhere. No wifi or teve but have everything else! I will rent out my apartment when going on vacation. The bed is 140 cm. The apartment is listed on my old adress to keep my reviews. New adress in Lunden is more central.
