Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Natur and beach

Enjoy the silence close to the sea. Nice place to go for a walk. Great nature. Many good bathing beaches close by. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed - and there is a good sofa bed in the living room with room for 2 people. There is a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Youtube, etc. There is also TV upstairs DVD and/or Appel TV. It is a simple and functional house close to many sights such as Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park, Frigate Jylland, Gl. Estrup, Kattegatcentret etc. There are MTB and Disc Golf courses 6 km from the house.

Cottage near the beach

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, with a short distance to the beach and beautiful nature. The beach is shallow, but there are sandbanks about 100 meters out in the water, which can be seen and you can walk out there, at low tide. Plenty of space to gather on the house's terrace or the large kitchen-living room. Set up for good walks, both summer, fall and winter. About 4.5 km to supermarket and small town with good bakery. There is private access by private road to quiet and lovely sandy beach with good bathing conditions and possibility of walking and fishing from the beach. Ball games and play are available on site. There is direct access to the apartment from parking in the yard. The apartment is accessible. There are good bike options from the place along the coast.

I hjertet af Djursland holder prærievognen med højt til himlen og stor udsyn. Her er stille og rolig omgivelser med skov og en halv time til tre kyster samt skønne Molsbjerge m.m. Prærievognen rummer alt det en normal bolig indeholder bare i mindre skala. Hvis du/i ynder det, er der mulighed for sauna og vildmarksbad (tilkøbes) foruden en aften ved 🔥bålet. Nice cottage by the sea - Fantastic nature

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.
