But also the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The house is bright and open with large windows. On the ground floor you will find living room with connected, open kitchen, parent bedroom and shower room, on the upper floor two children's rooms, in between a large, light-flooded gallery.

The studio is located on the 10th floor of the famous Hotel Olympia, right on the outskirts, in a direct beach location. The hotel was built in 1972 for the Olympics. Since then, international sailing competitions have been held in Kiel Schilksee during Kiel Week. The apartment is newly renovated and offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. A balcony overlooks Lake Fuhlensee. A total of 2 adults and 1 child can be accommodated in the studio.
