Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Located in an idyllic cellar lane, but only 5 minutes' walk from the train station, is this unique accommodation. The garden consists of several levels and is beautifully integrated into the cellar alley. It is a particularly quiet location, as a forest begins behind the house and the cellar lane is hardly used.
