You have the entire house, garden and pool area at your disposal. The 1st floor apartment is newly renovated with the pool and grill area just outside. We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cozy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is stunning. On the balcony is the spa area with spa bath, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with zip line, swing, climbing ropes, etc. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream parlor.
