Entire upper floor with private entrance in archipelago house with roots from the 18th century. The house is located in the "village" in the middle of the island with walking distance to swimming in all directions, 30 meters to the grocery store and 10 minutes walk to the ferry location Bratten. From the balcony with evening sun, you can see sheep grazing in the meadow. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Washing machine available in the bathroom, working wood stove in the kitchen. The accommodation is about 75 square meters.

Welcome to the old commercial garden on Styrsö. The house is located in Halsvik, western Styrsö, with only 300 meters to the sea and a nice swimming area. The lush garden that was previously a commercial garden is filled with berry bushes and fruit trees. Feel free to pick the berries for the dessert pie. You can cook dinner on the barbecue or in the pizza oven! The two bedrooms and bathroom have been recently renovated. The kitchen is somewhat worn but in good condition. The house is close to the island's two shops as well as the island's nice nature trails.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms (four beds + possibility of extra beds), large living room with sea view, kitchen, hall and bathroom incl. laundry room. Balcony to the southwest, balcony with garden furniture, barbecue and evening sun. Bed linens, towels, hygiene items (shampoo, etc.) are included. Cleaning is handled by the guest. Warm welcome!

Enjoy the sea view and the birds chirping. Maybe a ride in the kayak. And end the day in the hot tub after a barbecue on the balcony. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Here you can experience Gothenburg's unique archipelago while having access to Gothenburg's other offerings.

There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

The decor is rustic and sometimes we use the house as a studio. Nature reserve, cliffs and sea just around the corner and also a grocery store and an inn 5 minutes away.

Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
