In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

The house has a large common room as well as a lawn down to the water, which provides ample opportunity for lots of play and activities. The lovely bathing water also invites you to a trip on the cottage's SUP boards. Enjoy your morning coffee in the shelter and the sunset over the lake under the covered terrace with built-in fireplace.

Mulighed for at benytte/booke vildmarksbad 500kr for 1 klargøring Den lille lejlighed har egen indgang mini køkken, køl lille fryseboks, mikrobølgeovnen miniovn kogeplade og kaffemaskine. Man sørger selv for morgenmad. Men jeg køber gerne ind for dig. Blot skriv hvad du ønsker så afregner vi efter bon. Et enkelt lille kæledyr er også velkommen såfremt de ikke kommer i møblerne. Et af Limfjordens ældste fiskehuse fra 1774 med en fantastisk historie er indrettet med lækre designs og ligger kun 50 meter fra stranden på en stor privat sydvendt grund med udendørskøkken og lounge område med direkte udsigt over fjorden området er fyldt med vandreruter, der står to cykler klar til at opleve Thyholm eller de to kajakker kan bringe dig øen rundt samt du ka også hente dine egne østers og blåmuslinger i vandkanten og tilberede dem mens solen går ned over vandet

The lake house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an integrated kitchen and living room. In addition, good outdoor facilities.

Private beach, canoe and rowing boat

Holiday home located directly to lake and own beach. The water is clean and ideal for fishing, swimming and bathing. A real holiday home in the traditional sense, with everything as it needs to be, but no luxury. The house is one of the first and best located at Sund's Lake. Here you will find a 180 degree lake view directly to the west. With the house also comes canoe and rowing boat. You can bring your own kayak/windsurfer.

Newly built annex from 2024 in a quiet setting. Located 10 km from Herning and 12 min drive from Messe Center Herning. It is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm), a table, two chairs, a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. Service is available. The annex is heated and has hot water.
