Welcome to the South Austin Suite where you'll enjoy exclusive use of a expanded primary suite with separate entrance and personal patio area. You'll be 10 minutes from Moontower Saloon, Armadillo Den, and more fun South Austin establishments, and downtown Austin is just 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day. There are several coffee shops and restaurants within a 20-30 minute walk and it's just one block from entrances to the Stephenson Nature Preserve for a peaceful walk in the trees.

Blue Ranch Studio has a king size bed, sleeper sofa, and trundle bed to sleep a total of 4people comfortably. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)
