It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. The neighborhood also has access to the Stephenson nature trails.

Our backyard guesthouse is located in a friendly, funky, and quiet neighborhood. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle but only 12 min to Downtown and East Austin. Trendy neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Less than 2 miles from St. Elmo Brewery, Austin Winery, and Still Whiskey and food trucks. 3 miles to South Congress! 12 min from the airport and 20 min to COTA. 7 min walk to 4911 Menchaca/Jones bus stop, Line 3. Chic Casita: Private Entry, Full Kitchen

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

The guesthouse is in a beautiful natural setting and close to Zilker park, South Congress, or downtown Austin. Feel at home with a king-size bed and fully stocked kitchen. We have taken every opportunity to provide comfort with black out shades, a high quality mattress and upscale bedding. Enjoy a calming view of open countryside and the adjacent 20 acre greenbelts while still being close to many shops and attractions.

After a day exploring, come back to relax and grab take-out down the street from a local restaurant or food trailer.
