Monthly Rentals in Svetvinčenat

The stay in the vacation home was very nice. The house is spacious, has a very nicely landscaped garden with many great activities. Hosts are very kind and eager. The only disadvantage is the nightly dog barking, but if you close the windows and turn on the air conditioning, you can sleep wonderfully.

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

We had a great week at this Villa its the perfect place for everyone who wants a garden and pool in a quiet neighborhoud. By car its easy to visit the places around like beaches, towns or restaurants. Matea and her parents are so lovely and caring hosts and always reachable if you need something. We highly recommend this place and can imagine to be back in the future.

Very nice modern accommodation with a big yard and a nice pool. We liked the house all around and the place is very nice. We would have liked a little better amenities in the kitchen (for example, there was no large pan). Otherwise, we were completely satisfied.
