Beautiful, small and very clean apartment with small balcony, perfect for two people, equipped with everything you need. The parking space in the underground parking is very convenient. Great location, 1 min. walk to the city park, 2 min. to the beach promenade and 10 min. to the center. Clear recommendation from us!

Check-in was very easy. We received a message 2 days before via Airbnb that included everything important for check-in. So everything worked smoothly. The apartment was very nice and flooded with sunlight. In the apartment was everything you needed - except dish towels (I think). Find the apartment is a good size if you live in it for two. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the shower was partly broken (rain shower head is broken/leaking), but you could use the other shower head for showering. Unfortunately, we were missing the key for the garbage cans, and Baltic Home may be able to add it. Otherwise, everything was great!

There were four of us and there for only one night. The apartment was super clean and really chic. Two separate bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom and an extra toilet made this apartment really perfect for two couples. Check-in and out were completely straightforward. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was as described, parking in front of the house without problems, center and beach within walking distance. Check-in was easy and perfectly described. In case of problems and questions, the landlord can best be reached quickly via online chat on their own website. Unfortunately, a callback is only offered to Polish telephone numbers. In the chat, the automatic translation is sometimes quite adventurous and can easily lead to misunderstandings. Despite these minor technical difficulties, a problem with the toilet flush was quickly and easily resolved. Otherwise, we had a great stay and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

A very well equipped apartment, good location on the harbor, a friendly host, despite the key code at the beginning and end, parking in front of the door, comfortable coach and modern TV in bad weather, nothing that was missing. The only drawback is the street and traffic.

Super modern, luxuriously renovated apartment in a block area. Everything clean, and super equipped (coffee pods, towels,...) Easy and fast communication with the host. The location seemed a bit off the beaten path and not very touristy, but you can walk to the harbor in 10 minutes and to the beach in 30 minutes, supermarkets and the Polish market are also around the corner. By car, it's all just a stone's throw away and there was plenty of parking space. The apartment is a bit smaller, so two rooms: Dining room, kitchen and bedroom. And a second bedroom with a small desk. But the space is used superbly. The stay was great, happy to come back :)

Very nice and very clean modern apartment. The kitchen left nothing to be desired. We felt right at home. We will definitely come back again.

Check-in worked great, is just 2-3 km from the hotel. Everything else worked great, There was even an elevator in the apartment and it was very quiet in the house itself. several shops directly on the same street. short distances to the promenade and beach, many parking options (for a fee)

At the reception(German language), we received the key earlier than booked. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and surprised us with extras from spices to the kitchen roll. Free parking was available at all times. The location between harbor (20 min) and beach (20 min) was wonderful. Various grocery stores and restaurants were within 5 minutes. The contact with Julia (in German)was super nice and requests or questions were answered directly. We will be happy to come back.

We were in Swinemünde for the first time and loved it. The amenities of the apartments and the central location were as described in the listing. We highly recommend it:-)

The apartment is very modern, superbly equipped and was absolutely clean on arrival – we were completely satisfied! The well-equipped kitchen and the thoughtful details in the furnishings are particularly positive. A small disadvantage is the bedroom: one side of the bed is difficult to reach, which is not ideal in terms of accessibility. For us (2 adults with a toddler) the space was sufficient – our daughter (2 years) slept with us. In our opinion, the apartment would be a bit too small for four adults. A big plus is the underground parking space - you should definitely rent it, as parking outside is scarce. The location is good: the promenade is about 15-20 minutes' walk away, and there are shops just around the corner. We had our bikes with us and were able to comfortably store them on the balcony. The middle elevator is large enough to bring them up without any problems. Overall, a great place to stay with a few small

We were very lucky with Marzena's apartment and felt right at home. Very nice apartment, perfect location, caring, accommodating and helpful hostess!!! It was an unforgettable stay in Swinoujscie!!! The apartment is perfect for 2 persons, all new, very clean and decorated with style. The apartment has everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Breakfast on the beautiful balcony on the quiet side makes you feel good for the whole day! The location is excellent. The imposing building stands directly on the lively promenade,which has allowed us very pleasant and long walks on the beautiful promenade every evening. The beach is only 5 minutes away. We contacted Marzena in advance and felt supported and cared for all along. She and her husband immediately fulfilled our wishes. We say thank you Marzena for pleasant stay! Wunderschönes Apartment!

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. The exchange with the host was also absolutely smooth and very friendly. Clear recommendation!

This was our 4th stay at Michal's apartment and it never disappoints. The apartment is very well taken care of, very clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful and very clean. We will be back again!

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had an incredibly great view directly to the sea. The apartment is located a bit outside, which makes it very quiet. The stay is well suited with child(ren), due to the adjoining playroom and the pool as well as the immediately adjacent beach.

My two daughters and I had a great time! By the sea - what more could you want:-) Dariusz is a great host: One of my daughters took one of the spa/gym cards by mistake - Dariusz was totally relaxed and said: just send us the card by mail and everything is good! That's what I call a top host!!!!

We were completely satisfied with our stay at Edyta's. Everything was as described and as shown in the photos, super clean and with everything you need for a successful vacation. The highlight was of course the spa area in the basement.

Renata's accommodation was simply breathtaking. There were four of us and we felt completely comfortable. An absolute highlight was of course the 360-degree roof terrace and the whirlpool. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Renata was very straightforward and fast. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to come back.

My partner, dog and I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! In any case, the pictures keep what they promise! We had a very very nice view every day, as well as direct access to the sea. The apartment was bright and very spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed for cooking. We were completely satisfied. The area was also centrally located and you could stroll through some markets. The accessibility of the staff on site should be noted negatively. For the respective parking space, leaving the parking space and the key assignment and delivery, we would have to visit it all the time. The language barrier was also very large here.
