Wir vermieten eine zweigeschossige, plus Untergeschoss, komplette Wohnung im Musikerviertel in Teltow. Die Wohnung ist ca. 81 qm groß, sehr hell und freundlich, Parkplätze befinden sich auf dem Grundstück und auch auf der Straße. Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen

Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Stahnsdorf liegt am südwestlichen Berliner Speckgürtel, Potsdam und Berlin sind schnell erreichbar. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 622 nach Berlin (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). Die Bushaltestelle nach Potsdam ist ca. 400m entfernt. Unsere Wohnung vermieten wir ab September 2021 und möchten Dich herzlich begrüßen. Sie ist hell und freundlich, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Auch den Garten und die Terrasse kannst du nutzen. Wir freuen uns auf dich.

Helles, freundliches und ruhiges Studio und extra Schlafzimmer mit eigener Terrasse in einem großen Garten. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Berlin und Potsdam bestens geeignet. Bahn, Bus und Flughafenbus zum BER sind fußläufig nur ca. 350 Meter entfernt. Mit dem Nahverkehrsticket ABC erreichen sie mit der Bahn den Potsdamer Platz in 13 und den Hauptbahnhof Berlin in 16 Minuten. Parkplätze sind nah bei der Unterkunft. Aldi ca. 300 Meter entfernt.

Ruhige Einliegerwohnung in Designhaus mit Terrasse

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.
