Quiet and cozy apartment with fireplace & terrace

Peaceful and yet central location. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin bacon belt, Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. The 622 bus runs directly outside the front door to Berlin (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400m away. We will be renting out our apartment from September 2021 and would like to welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quiet location. You can also use the garden and the terrace. Looking forward to seeing you then.

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant, aber kein designer-tinyhouse, ohne standard Bemöbelung von Ikea. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

For swimming, go directly from the garden door to the forest and lake, eternal terrain for bikers and athletes. The apartment is conveniently located not far from the Avus. The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.
