Monthly Rentals in Temple

This was a perfect spot to stay while visiting Temple for a graduation weekend! It is conveniently located near downtown Temple. We enjoyed a nice walk to a lively restaurant downtown on Friday evening. The space was perfect with extra linens and everything we needed for a quick weekend stay. I'm a bit of a clean freak and see dirt if there's dirt to be seen, but Chris's space was spotless! Would recommend and would stay here again!

I will check availability of this listing first every time I need extra space when visiting relatives in Belton. It is always a pleasure to stay here!

This quaint location provided me the flexibility and safe lodging to reintegrate the Temple area! The host was very easy to assist mw with all needs.

Overall a great stay for our last minute planning. Coop was extremely responsive. There was one day where there was a water issue for the entire block, so out of his control and to make up for any inconvenience he sent a gift to the house for us the next day. The only “complaints” we really had were minor things. The kitchen table only had 2 chairs at it and the seat of one was split in half. The metal ring around the bathroom faucet overflow drain kept falling off. And some areas seemed a bit dusty given it being cleaned after each stay. Outside of those minor things, would definitely recommend anyone stay at this house, it was a huge bonus having a bassinet for our daughter to sleep in, and not having to figure out where she would sleep.
