North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. In an absolutely secluded location, the house is available to you on a 3000 sqm property with 6 e-bikes and the sauna house. Ideal for singles, couples and families who want to breathe in the North Sea air. There are 4 bedrooms, one of them on the open gallery, kitchen with a cozy dining area, living room with fireplace, bathroom with walk-in glass shower, a guest toilet, you can call all of this your home!

Am Rande einer romantischen Waldlichtung steht dieser ökologisch ausgebaute Waldwagen mitten in der Natur und wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

The holiday home "Jules Reetdachkate" in Mildstedt is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one in an open gallery above living and dining area) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, a fireplace as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Ehemalige Bauernkate komplett umgebaut zu zwei Doppelhaushälften mit einem großzügigen Bauerngarten in ruhiger Lage vor St. Peter-Ording an der Nordseite der Halbinsel Eiderstedt im malerischen Ortsteil Wasserkoog der Gemeinde Tetenbüll nur ca. 1,5 km von der Nordsee-Badestelle 'Everschopsiel' mit einem kleinem Hafen und Restaurant entfernt. In ca. 15 Autominuten (20 km) kann man St. Peter-Ording mit seinen endlosen Sandstränden erreichen.

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

Country house in Sommerland

Two to four adults and their entourage will feel very comfortable in this spacious and special accommodation. The architecture is more like American country houses, although the Scandinavian touch is strong here. Let yourself be surprised by the detached country house with a fenced property.
