Holiday rentals with a fireplace in The Colony

Hi John Tuan, thank you so much for this beautiful house we had for few days since we were on business trip for grand opening in Dallas TX. The house was excellent and we highly recommend everyone to book this house! It was clean and a lots of space in bedrooms. Also kitchen is big enough if you want to do cooking.Everything was near by to the house restaurants, church, park and etc. service was excellent of the host when we had the issue with the shower it was resolved quickly! Thank you so much! John Tuan is very friendly and we are looking to book it in future as well. We travel a lot for our business so we would love to book it in future as well. Thank you so much for having us!

Keith’s place was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate our group with ease. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood that made us feel right at home. Although communication with Keith wasn’t as responsive as expected, we didn’t require much assistance during our stay. The only issue we encountered was with horse flies, but considering the outdoorsy nature of the area, it wasn’t entirely unexpected. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider booking again!

We had our initial booking cancelled less than 24 hours prior to our arrival. We had traveled over 8 hours and didnt have a back up plan except for possibly a hotel. The host was able to accomodate us at the last minute. They got the cleaners over and cleaned the place before we checked in because they had people check out that same day. I have no complaints and appreciated the communication. The location is great. We travelled over spring break and kept the kids entertained at grandscape, local trampoline parks, main event, and several other attractions that were within 15 minute drive.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Ryan's Airbnb! The beautiful decoration throughout the space made it feel inviting and stylish, and the lovely backyard with a pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. Additionally, the quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful atmosphere for a restful getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great house in an excellent location. Kristine was really friendly and was in touch 24hrs before with clear instructions for check in. She was also extremely friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The house was immaculate and very comfortable with great facilities. It was a short drive to lots of great places and there was also a nice park to walk in and dog park within walking distance. Some convenience supermarkets could also be walked to within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

5 Stars Our stay from May 31 to June 8 was exactly as expected—which means it was excellent. The home was just as advertised: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The pool and hot tub, along with the outdoor patio area, added greatly to our comfort and enjoyment. We also appreciated having access to the game room, which we made good use of during our stay. Crista was a responsive and respectful host—available if needed, while giving us complete privacy. Our family truly enjoyed the stay, and I would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed and relaxing place to stay.

What a great stay! I came for 1.5 weeks for work and the apartment was very close to my work and the location is very peaceful. The place was so nice and comfortable and was one of the best stocked airbnbs that I’ve stayed at and has everything you need for a great stay! The bed and couch are both very comfy too! Joseph was very communicative and helpful also. I would book this place again if it became available in these next few months of working in Dallas.

Olivia's apartment was perfect for my stay while visiting my son and his gf. Because they were at work during the day I had a lot of time on my hands. Location was great -- although I am not a big shopper, having stores within walking distance gave me something to do during the day and having a Target nearby was great for picking up groceries or any miscellaneous things I might need. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows and nice towels in the bathroom. I spent a lot of time on the balcony and made use of the nice, clean gym. I also sat down by the pool a couple of times. Olivia's apartment fit my needs perfectly. And, Olivia was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. I would highly recommend!

It was a very nice Airbnb, took a little for the cleaning lady to finish but after we got in it was very nice and spaced out. LOTS of basketball decor though😭. But other than that he was very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it if you were wanting to stay for a couple of days.

The amenities were good, and the room was clean. Parking was convenient. On the downside, the neighbors were a bit noisy and I could often hear strange sounds. The apartment is close to the road, so the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price.

A quick 7-minute walk to Main Street, where our boys went crazy for the shops and ice cream. It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. Great place for families. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Close to airport. We were really happy with the space. Very comfy and perfect for our family. Ron was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the BBQ grill and had a fun time cooking outside. Ruchi's place was absolutely stellar! My big family of 13 spent time here over the graduation weekend and everyone had a blast. From cooking and grilling together with the amazing amenties, to the pool and spa, even the board games made sure no moment was dull over the 3 days. Plus the beds were so comfy!! This lake house was such a great find! The place is really beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Super clean and everything was so well put together—it just felt easy and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The host was incredible—seriously lightning-fast with replies and super accommodating the whole time. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have a great experience. Loved how clean and organized everything was, and the vibe of the place made it perfect for a chill getaway. Would definitely come back and totally recommend it!
