From the living room, there is access to a large covered terrace with lighting, garden furniture and a large lawn.

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Nyistandsat lejlighed med egen parkering og fri opladning af jeres elbil. Tæt ved Lemvigs hyggelige lille banegård og kun ti minutters gang fra centrum og havnen. Alt i lejligheden indbyder til afslapning, herunder det store bad med rainshower-bruser og Philips Hue belysning i hele lejligheden. I har egen indgang og en lille gårdhave med grill. Der er kun 1 km til Limfjorden og 20 km til Vesterhavet. En lejlighed med karakter og mulighed for hygge.

Oldes Hytte

On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwestern corner of Limfjorden is Oldes Hytte. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.
