Relax in this unique and tranquil home, nestled by the sea with its own dock. There are opportunities to get to Stenungsund and Gothenburg with good transport links. There are also bicycles to borrow. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has one 140 cm bed and one large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and laundry combined dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with possibility for relaxation and barbecue.

The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow our kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max number of guests is 10 p, including kids. Sorry no pets.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Walking distance to the island Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
