Silence, calm, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage, secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage (where I live) and a barn. At our place in northern Orust, near Slussen, you have the opportunity to both relax and socialize. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest lands. Lillstugan offers glamping (a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

A rustic house with fantastic nature! Welcome to our Torp, here you can stay a little secluded and private and enjoy bird song with the sea as a neighbor. Take a short walk through the woods to our jetty for some coffee or something refreshing to drink, why not borrow the bikes to take a swim in the ocean? Our favorite thing to do is to cook good food together and enjoy it on the terrace and look out over the forest & sea while the kids can play in the garden with exciting toys. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with its own bathing jetty and jacuzzi. Wake up with a panoramic sea view. Quiet area close to the pulse of Mollösund. Large terrace overlooking the sea, there is also a Jacuzzi and a fireplace. On the other side of the house there is a lovely lounge group with a modern exclusive gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two sofas are available, one in the tower and one in the living room.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Cosy guesthouse close to Marstrand and Gothenburg

Welcome to our guest house with a sauna just a couple of hundred meters from the ocean. Here you have a really cosy place with plenty of hikes and close to the ocean. Here you also find a small beach and rocks to bath from. Ryskärjsfjorden is famous for its kayaking and also on the winter for its ice skating (when it gets cold). Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.

Rural accommodation in the middle of Tjörn

The apartment is completely self-contained in the old vicarage from 1927. It is located in the middle of Tjörn in a quiet area. There is a large garden with climbing trees, trampoline and space for games and play. Many areas for relaxation in the hammock, for barbecuing or just to enjoy. The home is perfect for families with children and is next door to a strawberry farm that has pick-your-own during the season. It's easy to get to the amazing beaches and hidden gems that Tjörn offers.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
