It is located on the ground floor and enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. There is paid parking in Piazza Matteotti about 100 meters away, and there is the possibility of parking outside the historic center about 500 meters away in Via Renzo Rosati.

The flat is at the second floor. There is a lift for luggage and wheelchairs. From the windows you can enjoy a wonderful view. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and furnished with elegance and traditional Tuscan antiques.

Total immersion in greenery, among the Umbrian hills, ideal for relaxation and contact with nature. Nearby are small villages such as Ficulle and Città della Pieve and the city of Orvieto. The apartment has a large bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and all the necessary dishes to set the table and cook. Final cleaning and all linens are included in the price.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
