The house is located in the middle of everything there is to wish for - the proximity to Varberg city, the beech forests in Åkulla, Grimeton radio station, Gekås in Ullared and the sea on the west coast. On the lower level there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with a 140 cm bed. From the living room you can reach the conservatory and terrace overlooking the meadows. There is also a barbecue area that can be used, as well as a small playhouse with a sandbox. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 90x2 beds) and bathrooms.

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.
