The quiet zone on the area of Morzycko lake ensures a peaceful rest without the sounds of motorboats or scooters. Kayak and comfortable rowing boat are included in the price! Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Steamer/ MS Templin/Houseboat

The MS Templin, a 100-year-old historic motor vessel. The MS Templin was built in 1925 by the Ertel shipyard in Woltersdorf. It is a so-called single-decker ship, 19.90 meters long, 3.38 meters wide. The MS Templin for an overnight stay for 2 people. There is a cozy bed and 2 sofa beds. 2 outdoor areas,a fireplace,a reading corner,a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with toaster, kettle, stove and a small Refrigerator. Pure nature (ducks, spiders, fish, mosquitoes).

It feels like you are at the edge of the world here, a garden full of trees with a view of the Mecklenburg prairie. The apartment has its own entrance and garden area. 4 sheep and 5 cats inhabit the large garden. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Wood-burning stove sauna & hot pot are available for a fee. The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

Our highlights for you: Stylish kitchen-living room with access to the spacious loggia overlooking the garden and the water. Use the fitness and wellness area with fitness equipment, plunge pool, sauna, swimming pool (about 1.60-180 m deep & about 27 degrees) and chill-out area overlooking the Peenestrom. Park for free right by the house.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.
