The summerhouse is located in the Bio-Reservat of Parsteinsee. On 35 sqm you find all animities for a perfect summer holiday! The plot is 657 sqm large and has 2 terraces and a garden shower. The lake of Parstein is in walking distance (5 Minutes). The living room could be converted into a bedroom with a double bed and a high bed for 2 kids. Bathroom (with toilet and rain-shower) and kitchen have been renovated in 2024. In a little guest house (9 sqm) max. 2 guest could sleep (very simple).

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this one with the number 7/2 in the spring of 2021 and YOU can come. The small vacation home has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace to the south-east side, which is covered. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Bakers, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes nearby WiFi is not available everywhere.
