Cozy, small cottage on a natural plot in the middle of the forest in Sødring. Short distance and sea view to the outer part of Randers Fjord, Kattegat and the marina in Udbyhøj. The house has a large wooden terrace that connects the house itself with an annex with two beds. If you want a stay with peace and quiet in the forest, close to the water and Denmark's cleanest beach in Udbyhøj, this is a good starting point. Don't expect luxury (however, wi-fi is installed) but cozy and functional facilities in the middle of unspoiled nature.

Trollhøj, open spaces and nature

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

Here, nature and the beautiful and ever-changing views of the fjord to the west and the sea to the east are in focus. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet and the evening darkness. It is 5 km to the nearest lamppost... and a really good internet connection :-) There are beautiful hikes to the heathland, sandy beach, forest and mudflats. There are also good opportunities for both fishing and bird watching. The house is bright and nicely decorated and has large windows facing the water. Here you can slow down.

Nearby there are many attractions, beautiful nature as well as Molsbjerge and fantastic beaches and yet close to Aarhus, Ebeltoft, Randers and Grenå. 15 minutes to Djurssommerland. Also ReePark, Scandinavian Animal Park, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking in front of the house. 900 meters to charging stations and light rail.

Apartment - farm

'Den Gamle Stue' is a small apartment, located in a side building to our own home. The ceiling is low and the home appears very original - however, with common amenities such as heating, electric stove, refrigerator, TV (Chromecast) and shower, etc. Private and undisturbed, south-facing garden with gas grill and garden furniture. In front of the yard there is access to a large field/meadow area. Optimal for two people, but you can be 4. However, one bedroom is a walk-through room

Cottage - Between sea and forest

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home between the sea and the forest. The cottage is our getaway place when life is busy and we need to slow down, by cultivating the simple life with the most beautiful nature as a frame around our cozy house. Here there is room for cozy activities, food over a campfire, sledding by the forest and beach, swimming in the sea at the mouth of the fjord and hiking. We all love to be here and find peace together and separately.

Nice cottage by the sea - Fantastic nature

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.

Idyllic summer cottage gem

Lille sort idyllisk træsommerhus på 50m2 plus anneks, der dog ikke lejes ud. Sommerhuset er beliggende i stille sommerhusområde - kun 300m fra vandet i et naturskønt område med mulighed for gode vandreture. Grunden er på 1200m2, så der er masser af plads til kolbøtter, Vikingespil eller et spil badminton. Når du træder ud af indkørslen har du udsigt til vandet 300m nede af vejen. Meget børnevenligt sted!
