Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Here, the focus is on nature and the beautiful and changeable view of the fjord in the west and the sea in the east. Here you can enjoy peace and evening darkness. It is 5 km to the nearest lamppost​ ...and a really good internet connection: -) There are lovely hikes to heathland, sandy beach, forest and wading sea. There are also good opportunities for both fishing and bird watching. The house is bright and friendly and has large windows facing the water. This is where you're slowing down.

There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home between sea and forest. The summerhouse is our getaway place when life goes strong, and we need to get into gear by cultivating the simple life with the most beautiful nature surrounding our cozy house. Here is space for cozy pursuits, food over bonfires, gathering by the forest and beach, swimming in the sea at the mouth of the fjord and hiking. Here we all love to be and find peace together and separately.

Charming cottage with large wooden terrace in the woods and near the fjord and sea, the view of which can be enjoyed from the house. Enjoy the quiet, the cozy decor and experience beautiful nature. Remember to bring bed linens and towels as well as dish towels. Please note that as guests, you must clean the house yourself before departure.
