Two bathrooms including washing machine and the kitchen make the apartment a place to relax for up to 6 guests. From Monday to Saturday, there are fresh baked goods on pre-order. The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you're looking for a stressful day of relaxation, this is the place to be! You can end the end of the day here relaxed on the sofa, in the tub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

A cozy apartment awaits you on an area of ​​25 square meters. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished by us in 2022. In addition to a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm), the living/sleeping area has an inviting dining area and a large TV. There is also a small kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator and mini oven. The bathroom has also been renovated. On top you have the opportunity to spend relaxing hours on the large sunny balcony.

Bungalow am Stadwald

Your cozy and modern apartment in a central location of Wolfsburg awaits. Your apartment is fully equipped and modernly furnished. It impresses not only with its high-quality amenities, but also with its central location in Detmerode. In a few minutes you can reach the city center of Wolfsburg as well as the Volkswagen factory by car or bus. The idyllic forest is on your doorstep and invites you to take walks through the quiet neighborhood.

Two-room apartment. Single apartment

The apartment is about 43 m². There is 2 room, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connecting a long hallway from which also bathroom and kitchen go off. The living room is also adjoined by a balcony facing the street. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for bathroom and kitchen (tiles), in all rooms there is easy-care laminate flooring.

Escape everyday life and enjoy a break in nature at Haus am Elm. Our cozy 35 m² log cabin, surrounded by a spacious garden, is the ideal retreat for nature lovers. Relax in a cozy bedroom or on the cozy sleeping floor. The open kitchen and living room with pullout couch offer space to feel good. The fireplace ensures warm, cozy evenings – perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of the Elm-Lappwald.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.
