Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

There is access to a washing machine and dryer in the patio. It is possible to use the garden and barbecue the utensils in the summer after agreement with the host.

If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Du kan gå direkte ad en lille sti ned til en af Danmarks absolut bedste badestrande. Sommerhuset ligger ved Sæby, som er en charmerende kystby med hyggelig havn, smukke skove, små caféer og en stemningsfuld gamle bymidte. Indretningen er praktisk og simpel med fokus på lys og hygge. Der er masser af skønne udendørs hyggekroge.

Just below the house is the beach promenade - walk along it into the harbor and visit the lovely eateries and feel the atmosphere. Kitchen-living room: fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove (induction), dishwasher. Bathroom: shower and washing machine. 6 good sleeping places divided into 3 rooms. Exit to wooden terrace. Electric car charging possible (Monta).
