Die helle und sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoß einer Villa. Über ein eigenes Stiegenhaus erreichbar stehen ein Vorzimmer mit Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer ( Esstisch, Eckcouch und TV), drei getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette, alles auf einer Ebene, zu Verfügung. In dem 2000 m² großen und rundherum eingezäunten Garten gibt es viele gemütliche Plätze zum Entspannen. Von Mai bis Oktober kann man den Pool benützen,der durch Solarkollektoren erwärmt wird.

Wunderschönes, sonniges Appartement in Purkersdorf am Stadtrand von Wien. Absolute Ruhelage direkt am Wald lädt zum Entspannen ein. Grüne Idylle und doch nah zur Stadt. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Schnellzug erreicht man den Wien Westbahnhof in 15 Minuten. Perfekt eignet sich das Appartement für Autoreisende, da es direkt vor dem Haus einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt. Den nächstgelegenen Bahnhof erreichst du zu Fuß, dem Bus oder dem Auto. Liebevoll renovierter 60er-Jahre Bungalow in absoluter Ruhelage inmitten 1.000 qm naturnahen Gartens. Wohnbereich: Wohnzimmer (42 qm) mit anschließender Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern (je 14 qm), Bad, WC und Vorzimmer. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für 4 bis 6 Personen und Schlafcouch (150 cm). Vom Wohnzimmer direkter Zugang auf die Terrasse (20 qm) mit großzügiger Sitzgarnitur. Bus nach Wien (Stadtgrenze 3 km/Zentrum 20) fährt alle halben Stunden. Zwei Supermärkte vor Ort. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Wir hatten einen zweitägigen Zwischenstop in Wien. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartung klar übertroffen. Wir waren zu zweit mit Fahrrad unterwegs und haben alles gefunden, was wir zum Glücklichsein brauchten. Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos und mit Safe kein Problem und v.a. waren wir zeitlich dadurch super flexibel. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top. Da wir eher zur Fraktion Natur gehören, lag die Unterkunft perfekt am Stadtrand. Die Beschreibungen der Freizeitaktivitätsmöglichkeiten konnten wir aufgrund der Kürze des Aufenthalts nicht alle ausprobieren. Die Hinweise von Christian sind toll zusammengefasst in einer Mappe zu finden. Die Wohnung ist super groß für zwei Personen (Platz für einen mehr wär auch), wir fühlten uns zurückversetzt ins Wohnzimmer der Schwiegereltern :). Wir werden die Unterkunft und Christian als Gastgeber gerne weiter empfehlen.

Petra was a great host and was always a phone call away for our needs. The house is quite big for a family of 5. It is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and not too far from Vienna. The public transportation options were just a short drive away. The house also had quite a few toys for the kid to play with. There was a big garden as well in case someone prefers outdoor setting. Overall, it had the necessary amenities and the state was fairly clean. The washrooms were newly renovated and had the basic toiletries. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking meals. However, we wish to point out that there are stairs within the house, so this is something to keep in mind if you have elderly in your group. Otherwise it’s a great option for people to have a base in close proximity to Vienna.

A truly beautiful place to stay. The decor and finishing touches are tasteful, modern, and wonderfully comforting. The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the cozy atmosphere, elegant design, and how well-equipped everything was. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the overall vibe was peaceful and relaxing. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a space that makes guests feel welcome and comfortable. We truly enjoyed every minute and would absolutely stay here again. A hidden gem – 10/10!

Tina's apartment is wonderfully bright, spacious and airy. We loved it. It was in a quiet, calm area of Vienna but so easy to get into the centre. The balcony overlooking a large fig tree was sunny in the afternoon/evening and amazingly quiet considering its location. So lovely as well to open the big windows in the sitting/dining room which also overlooked trees and had sun streaming in during the morning.
