The house (in short) is perfect. It is well planned and designed and offers various activities for young people, family and travel groups of all age ranges. The garden is very beautiful, the sauna, hot tub and pool work perfectly fine and having a barbecue at the terrace was a blast. The bedrooms are spacey and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was cleaned and tidy. The lighting gives a chill atmosphere. The beach is ~20 minutes away by foot, but thats not a problem (and it is very beautiful). It is the best to drive to the city center, parking spots are free and not far away from the promenade. Iwona is a friendly host, answered as fast as she can and she and her family helped us with all the little things we needed during our stay. Thank you for that great week Iwona.

Z przyjemnością dzielę się pozytywną opinią! Łazienka i kuchnia świeżo po remoncie – wszystko czyste, nowoczesne i bardzo funkcjonalne. Ogromnym atutem jest klimatyczny kominek, który wieczorami tworzy wyjątkową atmosferę. Dom znajduje się na prywatnej działce otoczonej wysokimi drzewkami, co zapewnia pełną prywatność i skutecznie chroni od morskiego wiatru, a także izoluje od sąsiadów. Dodatkowym plusem jest dobrze wyposażona kuchnia – znajdzie się tu wszystko, co potrzebne do gotowania, włącznie z piekarnikiem. W razie niepogody można liczyć na dużą ilość kanałów telewizyjnych oraz szybki internet. Na zewnątrz do dyspozycji są aż dwa grille, a dla miłośników relaksu – sauna. Słyszałam też, że w sezonie dostępny jest basen, co na pewno jest dodatkową atrakcją. Lokalizacja również na duży plus – blisko zarówno do morza, jak i do jeziora. Idealne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek, z dala od zgiełku. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Nice holiday house in a family friendly location

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus war einfach nur traumhaft! Das Haus ist super schön, hell, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Garten. Dieser ist sehr groß mit vielen schönen Pflanzen und top gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und man hat Ruhe und kann sich wunderbar entspannen (zB in der Doppelhängematte :-) ) Roman ist ein toller, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt und worauf wir achten müssen. Am zweiten Tag hat er uns einen großen Teller voller selbst gepflückter Beeren aus dem Garten gebracht. Von ihm haben wir auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände in der Nähe bekommen. Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig und gut zum Wandern oder für einen Ausflug an die Ostsee (20min mit dem Auto). Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei Hunden zu Gast (die konnten im Garten frei laufen) und haben uns alle rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Very quite and peaceful place. Super room standard,kitchen with full equipment. Perfect for everyone! Pets and kids friendly. We will definitely back here in a next occasion :)

Serdecznie polecam Pana Eugeniusza jako wynajmującego. Bardzo miły, wyrozumiały oraz pomocny gospodarz. Domek również w świetnym stanie, w stu procentach zgodny z tym co zostało przestawione w ogłoszeniu. Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek.

Wygodne i czyste miejsce. Dom położony przy lesie, cisza, spokój (nie licząc koguta o świcie ;)). Cytując jednego z młodszych członków naszej grupy: "...fajnie było, blisko, ładnie, bardzo miło, tanio było też szalenie, no i świetne wyżywienie... (we własnym zakresie ;))"

Alicja's place was perfect for me coming to visit this beautiful town of Kępice from California, USA. Everything in the house was beautifully decorated and in good working order. Alicja and Krzysztof were wonderful hosts. They were so attentive and responsive to all my questions and situations. The house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood with a gas station, restaurant, post office, grocery stores, and a nice forest with bike paths to other beautiful communities and lakes. The yard has a nice lawn and beautiful gates for security and parking. I love every moment of my stay at the house. I look forward to returning again should I have a chance to book at Alicja's place again.

We had a good time in Natalias house, she was always available for questions and so the communication was uncomplicated. It's a 15-20 minutes walk to the next beach but it's worth the effort because it's nice and not crowded. We recommend a stay at Natalias house.

Oferta pani Katarzyny to piętrowy dom z kilkoma sypialniami, pokojem wypoczynkowym, dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią oraz dwiema łazienkami. Jest tu klimatycznie i spokojnie pomimo dość licznego sąsiedztwa. Dość duży taras i ogródek umożliwiają wypoczynek i wspólny posiłek na zewnątrz w kilkuosobowej grupie. Domek posiada 11 wygodnych miejsc noclegowych. My spędziliśmy tutaj kilka dni w czterosobowej grupie z psem. Dodatkowym atutem jest bliskość morza /około 10 min. spacerem przez las/. Tuż obok zaczyna się ścieżka rowerowa prowadząca do Ustki. W obrębie posesji można wygodnie zaparkować dwa samochody. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Die Ausstattung ist einfach und nützlich und sehr liebevoll arrangiert. Das Haus lädt ein, sich wohl zu fühlen. Der Garten grenzt an ein Rehgehege und schon das ist Faszination pur. geht man durch den Wald ist man in ca 10-15 Minuten an der Ostsee. Abends gibt es live-musik durch den Aqua-park der direkt an der Straße anliegt; ab 21:00 ist es ruhig. Es waren wundervolle 9 Tage. Der Gastgeber ist unfassbar bemüht. Wir haben den Ausflug mit Tretboot und Kajak über den Nahegelegenen See sehr genossen-dank der Empfehlung.

Die Wohnung, die Gegend und die Gastgeber waren einfach zauberhaft und äußerst freundlich. Die Wohnung war in einem schönen Style, sehr durchdacht und zweckmäßig. Die Nähe zum Meer (ca 1,2km) war schön...gut mit Fuß und Rad zu erreichen...man konnte es sogar rauschen hören. Neben dem Haus wohnten 2 Störche...vom kleinen Balkon konnte man diese wunderbar beobachten. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Rad konnten wir gut die Gegend erkundigen, schöne Strände entdecken und am Meer viele Schätze finden.

Vše v naprostém pořádku. Velice klidné místo pro odpočinek. Čistý dům, velká zahrada. Paní hostitelka velmi milá. Toto ubytování mohu jenom doporučit.

Dom jest bardzo przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Wszystko, co jest potrzebne można znaleźć na miejscu. Dom położony na dużej działce - jest miejsce na wypoczynek dla psa i dzieci. Okolica cicha, jest dużo miejsc do spacerowania i do wycieczek rowerowych po lasach. W odległości do 50 km jest sporo atrakcji, Ustka, Reda, Klif niedaleko Orzechowa, Muzeum Kultury Ludowej Pomorza w Swołowie, Park wodny w Słupsku.. Zdecydowanie polecam :)

Très bon séjours. Endroits calme et parfait pour les enfants propriétaires très adorables charmants donne de très bon conseils je recommande. Un endroit inoubliables.

Super Lage. Sehr entspannt, schönes Haus

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Danke!!! Die polnische Ostseeküste ist wunderschön und nicht überlaufen. Viele einsame Strände. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man die Orte über gute Fahrradwege ringsherum gut erkunden.

Cudowne miejsce, fantastyczni gospodarze. Bardzo dobry kontakt przed przyjazdem i w trakcie. Gospodarz opowiedział nam o miejscu, polecił kilka miejsc, służył pomocą. Samo miejsce przepiękne - apartament czysty i zgodny z opisem w pięknej okolicy. Bliskość ścieżek rowerowych, bliskość morza, lasu - wszystko czego dusza zapragnie. Cudowna cisza i przestrzeń.
