Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Wittmund country life on a small farm

The apartment is on the upper floor of the residential building of a classic East Frisian farm in Burhafe near Wittmund in a rural area. The North Sea is only about 16 km away. The apartment has an area of about 80 square meters. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the entrance. Dogs are welcome. Even if you want to bring your horse, this is possible. On the farm live 2 ponies, 2 dogs and ducks and geese and 2 people. ;-)

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
