The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400 meters away

Our cottage is close to Marielyst Strand, named the best beach of the year in 2013-2015. There are several good restaurants and eateries in the area. There is a fantastic view of the water at the beach. You will love our home because of the coziness and the light. It is 2 km to the nearest shopping and 3 - 5 km to restaurants and shops. You can cycle on the enclosed path on top of the dike along the beach into Marielyst. There is a large nature reserve a few meters from the house with bird towers and wild horses and cattle.
