Genuine Småland cottage near Lake Bolmen

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Nice place to stay in a converted barn

Of course, it is possible to combine fresh and comfortable accommodation with rural idyll, close to meadows, forest and lake! In 2022, we started an exciting project to convert the barn on my grandfather's family farm into a luxurious holiday home. In May 2023, we finished one apartment and in the fall, the other. The possibilities are many: enjoy the tranquility of forest walks, by the lake or on the balcony in the evening sun and combine with excursions in the surrounding area and southern Sweden. Charging the car is included in the price.

Tijdens je verblijf in deze ruime, rustgevende accommodatie vergeet je al je zorgen. Het naast ons huis gelegen appartement is in 2024 opgeknapt. Er is gezamenlijk gebruik van een grote omheinde tuin van 5500m2. Vlakbij uitgestrekte bossen waar je eindeloos kunt wandelen, maar ook vlakbij het centrum van Anderstorp en Gislaved met al de noodzakelijke winkels. Voor nog meer outdoor activiteiten vindt je Iseberg en Storremossepark op 20 km afstand en High Chaparel op 14 km afstand. Genieten dus!

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
