Nice place to stay in a converted barn

Of course, it is possible to combine fresh and comfortable accommodation with rural idyll, close to meadows, forest and lake! In 2022, we started an exciting project to convert the barn on my grandfather's family farm into a luxurious holiday home. In May 2023, we finished one apartment and in the fall, the other. The possibilities are many: enjoy the tranquility of forest walks, by the lake or on the balcony in the evening sun and combine with excursions in the surrounding area and southern Sweden. Charging the car is included in the price.

Unique and peaceful newly-built attic apartment (32 sqm + loft and sunroom) house out in the countryside with bicycle distance to both a small town and swimming. Around the farm, both sheep and cows graze and a few hundred meters away is the forest. Here you can enjoy a tastefully built and decorated house with unique details in ash. Within a radius of 5 km, you can reach both the city of Värnamo and several lakes with swimming opportunities On the farm, ceramics and jewelry are made, among other things. Welcome to our little paradise.

Bergsbo Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Modern house near the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Cozy little house with 7 min walk to the city center

Stay centrally in our small cozy courtyard house with free parking outside. Here's everything you need. It is perfect for two people, but if you have a small child, it can also work. There is a double bed, dining table, sofa corner and tiled bathroom. You have your own small patio. Växjö is well located with just over an hour by car to Öland, Halmstad, Karlskrona and Jönköping. Astrid Lindgren's world and High Chaparral are also a little over an hour away. Växjö has a nice city center.

Unique and comfortable holiday home next to a pond

Take a break near a rural lake in a scenic environment. Encounter dogs, horses, alpackas, and chickens? A dip by the small beach or whatever! you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday at home. Newly built in mainly local timber your home is set in cultural landscape with forest and is fully equipped with all comforts. There are 2 ( 1 1/2) bedrooms, your own plot, and a spacious wooden deck on 2 sides.. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the sun, read a book or just relax.

Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters that has recently undergone a total renovation. It accommodates up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms + a sofa bed with two beds. The cottage is located by a lake with a private jetty and wood-fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. The cottage has a patio on the front, a large balcony and a terrace where you can socialize, eat and sunbathe. Located about 15 minutes from Isaberg Mountain Resort.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
