Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Just a 10-minute drive from the city center. The house is about 65 sqm and newly built but with a genuinely rural style. Here you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Upstairs, there is a bathroom, two walk-through rooms and a bedroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a day bed that can be 140 cm wide in one of the passage rooms. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom, living room, toilet, kitchen and dining room.

Guesthouse is best suited for two people, but a sofa can be used by a third person. The house is located near Gränsö nature reserve where you have many fine hiking trails. Proximity to golf club makes it especially suited for golf players!

It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.
