Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Lake Växjö. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim or a restaurant visit.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

The accommodation is located at the northern part of Åsnens and in the area there is the possibility of a lot of outdoor life in beautiful nature. Close to swimming area, general store, padel court, gas station and car repair shop. The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Open-plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed and view of the patio as well as the fields outside.

The sofa in the living room is 90cm wide and 175cm long. There is no window in the bedroom. The staircase is steep, but walkable. The apartment is in the garage building.
