You get the sea in the backyard with only 150 meters to the beach, 250 meters to the marina and 200 meters to the city center with shops, restaurants, bars and playgrounds etc. The house is well equipped with 12 beds. For extra needs, guests can use 1 extra bedroom with a double bed by appointment. The house has a large garden and terrace.
