We were very impressed with the details in this gorgeous apartment, the quaint view and how easy it was to get to from the shuttle bus drop off. A perfect spot for an overnight in Venice!

We absolutely loved our stay in Venice! The apartment is in the perfect location, just steps from shops, cafes, restaurants, and the water bus line. It's tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot with stunning canal views from the windows. The space was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with A/C and plenty of thoughtful amenities. We were able to come back between adventures to cool down from the summer heat, take a quick break, before venturing out again. Very convenient! Our hosts, Paolo and Luciano, were wonderful. They were clear, detailed, and responsive in all communication. They answered all our questions and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

For us this was perfect. After absorbing ourselves in the hustle and bustle of Venive and surrounds daily, it was great coming back to somewhere peaceful and charming with a couple of great restaurants and local shops where you pay local prices. Mirka the host is fanastic and very helpful. The apartment was great for us and super clean with charming decor! 5*

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und wenn ihr mit dem Gedanken spielt, zum ersten Mal in Venedig zu sein und die Stadt erkunden wollt, dann bucht die Aqua Apartments. Nicht nur, weil das Team mit Claudio und Emanuela unglaublich gut erreichbar und freundlich ist, sie werden euch auch helfen, wenn es nicht um Restaurants und Sightseeing geht. Noch nie habe ich im Urlaub so viel Offenheit und Verständnis erlebt, sei es für die Kommunikation mit Wassertaxis oder bei einem gesundheitlichen Zwischenfall. Beide halfen mir so gut sie konnten und ich bin sehr dankbar dafür, dass sie so viel Mitgefühl mit ihren Gästen haben. Die Lage der Apartments ist super und alles ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, die Deckenhöhe ist gigantisch, das ist auf den Bildern kaum abzubilden. Wenn wir nochmal in Venedig sind, werden wir definitiv wieder bei euch buchen! Vielen vielen Dank! Auch danke dafür, dass ihr Hunden gegenüber so offen seid, unser Leo hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

What a joy to stay at this apartment within an ancient (16 c.) Venetian Palazzo. Simultaneously close to the hub bub of all the sites one wants to see but tucked away from the touristic noise and flow. What you do hear and see from the beautiful balcony is the ebb and flow of the veins on Venice, the gondolier calls and song, the sun tracing along ancient walls to the canal water telling you the time of day. Eclectic, tasteful and comfortable decor. Thoughtful touches added to the kitchen and bathroom for the guest. My month there was bliss, and blessed with the super responsive and thoughtful owner Cristiana. And the generous and patient " custode della casa" Claudia. I can't thank you both enough for help making my adventure so brilliant ! Palazzo Cavazza Foscari is not for anyone looking to stay in bland or generic hostelry. It is definitely for those looking for charming retreat in a magic part of Venice.

Fabio was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb. He went out of his way to meet us at the train station, arranged for a water taxi to take us from the train station to the apartment, ensured we were settled in at the apartment, set us up with a water taxi back to the train station, and even escorted us to the water taxi station on our way out. He was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

Anna's appartment is absolutely wonderful. If you get a chance to stay here for a real Venetian experience I recommend it. When we return to Venice again the first place we will look at is Anna's apartment. The photos & desrciption don't do the apartment justice. Thank you Anna again for letting us stay. My family of four (2 parents, 2 younger teens) had a great stay here. The apt is in a large building that seems like it was once a single home. You enter via a metal gate into a lovely courtyard with chairs where you can sit. We stayed in the 2 BR apartment that is on what seems like the secondi piano (so there are some stairs). The apt looks beautiful (just like the pictures) and was a calm headquarters for us to come home to. There is also a little outdoor terrace that comfortably fits four. It was warmer than expected in Venice during our stay (80 F) but there are fans in the apartment, which really made the heat a non issue for us. We had a few questions during our stay, which the host answered promptly & helpfully. We purposefully stayed in Dorsoduro, which is about 10 - 15 mins walk from the main tourist attractions. The benefit: This area is a bit more quiet and less crowded. And there are still tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and lovely scenery.

This was the best stocked AirBnB in my month in Italy. Real home away from home experience. It is as described in her photos with some lovely welcome touches. It is close to the train/bus station in a quiet area. Communication was effective and timely. Siria was very thorough with directions and entry. Would stay here again for sure! We really like the house, a designer place. All the details made with thought and it’s not a common apartment - in Venice is hard to find these kind of designer places. Gets slightly dark, less light in the house but we also liked that. Neighborhood is amazing! Far from the loud crowd yet close to walking distance everywhere.

Great place to stay right outside Venice just a quick 25 minute train stop from the island. The unit is super cute and clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Parking is very convenient. Host is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

What a great stay for us. We were there for seven days and it was such a smooth stay. Marco meet us nearby after a few travel delays and was there with a smile and helping hands. He helped us haul our luggage to the apartment and walked us through everything we might need. He made sure we had his cell number for any emediate needs. The places was lass than a 10 minute walk from the airport vapperetto drop off and less than a five minute walk to the stop on the grand canal. It’s a perfect place to stay with local restaurants so close and a fresh market less than 100 meters from your front door. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Views from the living room windows of the main canal is what you want. If we ever return to Venice, I know where we will be staying.

This is a beautiful, wonderfully decorated home in a quiet neighborhood with amazing restaurants nearby. Alessandro is an incredible host who made our time in Venice unforgettable and we would absolutely love to stay here again. I would give this Airbnb and Alessandro 6 stars if I could.

Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Une excellente visite chez Marco. Je recommande vraiment. Nous étions proches de tout et il y a plusieurs petits cafe juste a côté. Nous avons même fait un repas et mangé dans la cours ultra mignone. Très calme.
