Holiday rentals with a patio in Venice

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

No lo dudes, es espectacular el apartamento, tiene todo lo necesario para que estés muy cómodo y tranquilo. Ampliamos nuestra estancia un día más por lo cómodo que fue, gracias por la calurosa atención!!!

Excelente alojamiento muy cerca del transporte público, el auto bus se toma al lado del alojamiento y te lleva a Venecia en 10 minutos el autobús número 2 los ticke se compran en toda la parada del auto bus y la estación ion de Mestre está a una cuadra lo recomiendo 10/10

We had a nice stay at this two-level apartment in Mestre! The place was actually more spacious than it appeared in the photos, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient — there were frequent buses to Venice, a good and affordable restaurant just around the corner, and a supermarket nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and shutters not closing properly, but he came over promptly and fixed everything. Overall, a great base for exploring Venice while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of Mestre.

这个民宿地点太好了，就在mestre火车站对面几步路，二楼但有电梯，房间很大，很干净，网络也很好，空调自动。 有洗衣机，但如果有烘干机的话更好。

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - das Zimmer liegt ein paar Meter von der Via Garibaldi mit wunderbaren Restaurants und Cafes, sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Hinterhof, in dem wir gerne unter der Weinrebe saßen zum Vespern. Wer lichtdurchflutete Räume in chicker Umgebung sucht, ist falsch hier, wer ein sehr nett eingerichtetes Zimmer mit guter Küche sucht, liegt sehr gut. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

Ce séjour fut très agreable. Le logement était conforme aux descriptions et par dessus tout le calme de cette habitation était reposant après une journée à visiter les environs. Ce logement était dans un état irréprochable ce qui fut très plaisant en le découvrant . Nous sejournerons a nouveau chez vous si c'était à refaire 😊

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Realmente excelente, la casa lo tiene todo, pero la atención de los anfitriones superaba la esperada, nos recibieron y nos despidieron con atenciones y eso hace destacar aun más nuestra estadía! muchas gracias!

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola et Roberto. C'est un couple charmant et très accueillant. Ils nous ont accueillis à l'aéroport ce qui est un plus, important. La maison est magnifique dans un quartier calme et agréable. Ils nous ont été de bons conseils pour les transports en commun. Nous les recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Nous reviendrons surement rendre visite à Paola et Roberto. Un grand Merci encore Paola et Roberto

Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques dans la jolie et chaleureuse maison de Caterina et Massimo. Située dans un quartier paisible et vivant, c’est idéal pour se relaxer après la découverte de Venise. Nos hôtes ont été vraiment charmants, accueillants et réactifs en proposant même de réserver le taxi pour nous. La décoration et tous les détails de la maison ont été pensés et réalisés avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Les voisins sont charmants , oui il y a des gens qui vivent dans ce quartier ce qui rend l’atmosphère encore plus unique ! C’est simple nous nous sommes sentis « comme a la maison » et n’avions pas du tout envie de partir ! Merci infiniment a Massimo et Cate pour ce merveilleux endroit.

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

Desde el primer contacto, la comunicación fue impecable, clara y muy rápida. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la calidez y la atención genuina de Apollo y Diana. Son unos anfitriones supremamente atentos y amables, que tienen en cuenta hasta el más mínimo detalle y lo hacen con un afecto que te hace sentir verdaderamente bienvenido. ¡Su hospitalidad se siente desde el momento de la llegada! El apartamento es una maravilla: grande, cómodo y muy lindo, decorado con excelente gusto. Además, estaba impecablemente aseado, lo que siempre es un plus enorme. La ubicación es ideal para viajeros, ya que está muy cercano a la estación de tren, facilitando muchísimo el acceso a cualquier punto. ¡No encontramos una mejor experiencia en toda Europa! Recomendamos a Apollo y Diana al 1000% sin dudarlo. Si buscas un lugar donde te sientas como en casa y unos anfitriones que eleven tu experiencia a otro nivel, ¡este es el sitio! ¡Gracias por todo, Apollo y Diana!

The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le logement de Jenny est une très bonne surprise pour nous ! Nous y avons passé une seule nuit avant de prendre l'avion tôt le matin mais nous y serions bien resté un peu plus ! C'est un appartement spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée : deux dosettes de café et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner nous attendait ! Au vu du peu de temps que nous avions, cela nous a vraiment fait plaisir ! Par ailleurs, je recommande cet appartement pour le gens comme nous qui prenait l'avion a l'aéroport car nous avons pu faire le trajet a pied en 20 min sans nous presser ! Parfait !

One of the best place to stay near Venice. Commute is smooth. Barbara is extremely helpful. She is a great host and helped us in every way possible. The property is spacious and clean. Great restaurants nearby and beach is must visit

the hosts are really friendly and checked in on us via message. we were always able to reach them if we would have needed something. they send clear instructions for check in. we felt really welcome. overall it was a great stay and Barbara and Maurizio are really great hosts. if we visit jesolo again we will come back.

Wir haben 2 Wochen hier verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar...direkt am Strand, super zentral und fußläufig sind unzählige Geschäfte, Restaurants und Attraktionen erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Dadurch haben wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alessandro war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen.
