Good accommodation overall. We were missing some better couch for sleeping in living room. The current one was not so comfortable and kinda noisy when we were rolling over

Excellent apartment with everything you might need. The inner courtyard is very cozy and perfect for enjoying calm, fresh air. Giacomo is a super host - he accommodated our special request even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon, was very pleasant to communicate with, and provided all the necessary instructions.

We stayed for 4 nights with family , Very clean apartment, everything we needed was provided , Great location , Kids loved the activities , beach Caribe Bay was a big thumbs up 👍

Gabriele’s place was much bigger than expected based on photos. Apartment was clean and tidy, with a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us. Good location if you can’t stay in Venice due to car, short walk and train into central Venice. Only thing to note is no lift and quite a few floors of stairs to get up to the apartment. And just to note- electricity turned off half an hour from check out time which not sure was intentional or not, but other than that, great place

We had a great week at Ivana's place! The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Thanks to Ivana for her kindness, advice and availability! The accommodation is close to Mirano train station, very convenient to get to Venice by train. We recommend this listing and will happily be back:)

we were greeted by Marina and Patrizio with a lot of availability and friendliness. Their home is in a strategic location to visit the areas in particular the multiple bike paths towards Treviso and Jesolo. Very close to shops, pizzerias and amenities. Great parking spot in a fenced-in courtyard, as well as the garden for exclusive use. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely beautiful stay! The house was in a perfect location. Check in was very simple and there were plenty of keys for a large group. We had a group of 8 and the sleep situation was comfortable but there was a lot of signage about the strict group size restrictions. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The place was 3 flights of a tight stairs up with another staircase within. The climb was 100% worth it for beautiful rooftop porch. The view of the city from the location was absolutely stunning. Truly a perfect location, a reasonable distance from the train station and in the middle of all the action! I would highly recommend this location!

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

We felt very comfortable in Paola's apartment. The location in the middle of the old town is simply great! Amazingly quiet, and just around the corner you are in the middle of the cheerful bustle. Supermarket right around the corner, and a great bistro almost right in front of the house. In addition, the wonderful fish market is two minutes' walk away... We cooked very tasty! It was also great that we were able to store our bikes so well. We were on the beach in ten minutes. Paola was very friendly and always available. We would recommend the apartment at any time. 👍

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice place, we arrived late at night and they stay attentive. There is a supermarket in the same building.

Fantastic stay, the apartment matched the description and it was very easy to find and access it, very clean and cared for in the smallest details gave us a dream vacation! Responsive host who has always been available for all our questions. Highly recommended!!!
