For the first coffee in the morning, the petit café is right next door.

Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

The 1 room apartment is a new building from 2024. It is accessible and is located in the courtyard surrounded by tall oaks and apple trees. There is still active agriculture in the neighborhood, which is why there may be noise developments and could smell of country air. However, you can buy fresh milk and delicious potatoes. On our farm there are other apartments in different sizes.
