Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. The cabin is newly built and was completed at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Private access to Lake Svanshalssjön. Fishing on site. Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

Welcome to the house our grandfather built! Take it easy at this unique getaway right by the lake with its own island. The surroundings are beautiful, quiet and peaceful and the house has all the amenities you could possibly need. In the villa, there are 6 single beds (90), a sofa bed (140) and a double bed (160), dining room, sauna, patio, a nice lake and beautiful surrounding nature.
