In the middle of the forest, and close to the ferry's arrival and a good beach, is our holiday home, 90 m2 plus 15 m2 annex with plenty of space for up to six people. The house is not suitable for people with cat allergies, as the owners themselves have cats. The house is a Swedish holiday home, well insulated and with a wood-burning stove, cozy kitchen and living room in one, large terrace and 5500 m2 plot with enclosed cat yard, greenhouse and raised beds, outdoor furniture, fireplace and free firewood. Can also easily be rented in autumn and winter, e.g. Christmas and/or New Year on Læsø.

If you and your family need peace and quiet, rent this lovely gem of a cottage between Skagen and Frederikshavn. Newly built in 2022. Underfloor heating everywhere. Ideal for families with children, as there are 3 bedrooms + a loft and crib and toys, children's chair, playhouse, trampoline and much more. In addition, there is a beautiful playground in Bratten Strand at the local grocery store. The house contains 2 beautiful bathrooms and is also equipped with a sauna and associated outdoor shower, where there is a good view of the beautiful natural grounds.

The house is originally a farmhouse, built in 1782 with 4 hectares of land. 50 tons of seaweed were placed on the main house in 2017. Apartment B is made in the former stable and barn. And apartment A is the original living room house. For example, there is a manger, water post and most places high to the ceiling. Under the thatched roof, the back is visible. We have had the house since 2008 and therefore there has been the same owner for 54 years. We have preserved a lot of the old. In 2018/19, new floor heating, electricity, water and sewage were installed

Our beautifully decorated cottage has a unique location. In the middle of nature, 300 meters to the sea and 800 meters from Østerby Harbor, where there is a grocery store, marina, restaurants, shops and a relaxed atmosphere. And just 3 km to Læsø Golf. Læsø is fantastic all year round, and our house is the perfect setting. There is an adjoining annex with a double bed and a private bathroom/toilet as well as a TV. Whether you are a family or three couples who want to enjoy Læsø, there is plenty of room for everyone. Private parking with space for 3 cars.

Enjoy the view of Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to a nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the beach promenade or use the house's bicycles 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is completely renovated and is located in a beautiful natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at the nearby campsite - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

The annex is 25 m2 and is located 500 meters from Vesterø harbor, with easy access to ferry, beach, shopping, restaurants and shopping.
